Marketlink uses

'ACT' for active
'PEND' for Pending
'AWC' for Active with Contingency
'CLOSD' for Sold
'EXP' for Expired
'TOM' for temporarily off market
'CANC' for cancelled.

I hope that helps.

Has anyone tried extracting an active Status list on RETS
MARKETLINX
systems?

I tried the following and still not successful

LISTSTATUS=ACTIVE
LISTSTATUS=A*
LISTSTATUS=Active
LISTSTATUS=active

Tried using Post and Get Method

Changed the COMPACT_DECODED_FORMAT = FALSE

Thanks

I also use MarketLinx Tempo and I am able to limit my
searches by liststatus.

There is a sub-directory in the vielerets directory that
contains the metadata.

I am not on my web server right now so I can't give you the
exact directory structure.

Can you send us the BATCH file that you are running?

That looks similar to my batch file.

So, the 100 rows that this batch returns have LISTSTATUS
types other than ACT?

Not sure what could be causing your problem.

If i search by city and region, i have no problem. it's only by
LISTSTATUS where i am not getting the correct resultset.

See if any of this helps.

Often List Status is 'A' in compact and 'Active' in Compact-Decoded but
you have to confirm that on a per account basis in the metadata.

There are 3 different MarketLinx divisions or MLS clients MlxChange,
Tempo, and Innovia.

If you're connecting to a MarketLinx MlxChange RETS server or a
MarketLinx Tempo5 account using RETS Pro Server Fields names are lik ely
numeric and will be different per account. MarketLinx Innovia RETS
server is new and field names are typically alphanumeric.

DMQL query is in compact format only. Values returned can be in either
compact or compact decoded depending on how you make the request.

Here examples for two different MarketLinx (MlxChange) accounts:

Name

Resource

Class

List Status Field

Single Family (RE1)

Property

1

246

Residential

Property

4

178
