Up until last night, everything was working perfectly. Last night, however,
the run_interactive_batch ran and then deleted all but 1600 of th ~15000
listings. This morning/afternoon I ran it, it only downloaded added ~4000
listings bringing the total to ~5800 out of ~15000 listings. I am guessing
that it is the rets server that I am dealing with, but I need some hard
proof, so where do I look?

The one that ran at night is running in quiet mode, is there a general error
log that it would right into?
The one I ran this morning (same file, with quiet disabled) wrote out to an
error log, but I am not entirely sure what I should look for. There is one
response near the bottom where the rets server returned a 401 error, right
before it did the sync up.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Miah,

What you're describing sounds eerily similar to what has been happening
to downloads I set up. I've traced my problem to pipes (computer to
computer communication channels) breaking at seemingly random locations
of the batch processing.

Sometimes the pipes pick up and things go smoothly and sometimes not.

I've been told this is due to a problem in recent PHP upgrades (5.2.3 I
think ... but not sure). The fella who handles the server is apparently
going to try and turn PHP back to a previous version ... I don't if he
has yet or not, and I won't see another batch download until Saturday
night/Sunday morning.

Anybody else with ideas on this?

Rama,
I've seen the broken pipe issue as well, but it almost always had to do with
an image. Also, when I would get the broken pipes, it would still continue
to download all of the other listings, and it never removed any valid
listings. It would be nice if downgrading php would allow me to get all of
the images though!

Yes, the broken pipes are happening on the images at my end too. The
text info gets downloaded before the images are fetched.
