How to Set this Up

I am trying to set up this application. I went through the download,
extracted but found no executable. Can someone please give a step by
step set up process for a novice user vs an IT guy.

There isnt an executable.
You will need to have access to a server that is running PHP and MYSQL
and put the PHP code in the web root.

Its not really meant to be a point-and-click install, and is more
geared towards a broker/MLS installing it via their IT support staff
