Bug - Can't change display language in Settings/crp.ini

by ini mean it does have command line parameters in chrome://version

but any param of it doesn't affect.

my param is:

AdditionalParameters= --material --top-chrome-md --fast --d3d9 --lang=zh_CN

Locate "ChromiumPortableSettings.ini" located at "...\ChromiumPortable\Data\settings" and change language line like this:
[ChromiumPortableSettings]
Language=zh_CN

Chromium Portable should now display in your language.
