the latest version has the SSL Transparency bug... when might we see an update?

So it seems that the latest package suffers from the Chrome/Chromium bug that happened in Chrome 53, wherein tons and tons of sites crap out with the error NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED.

It's not possible to get around this, since even if one says "yes, i understand the risks" the resultant web site rendering is badly broken.

Any suggestions or thoughts on when the package will be updated further?
