Does Chromium write anything outside of where it was installed, even if temporarily?

I want to use Chromium Portable on my HDD to prevent any writes onto my SDD. I've used Portable Firefox before but ditched it because even though it would not leave behind data outside of the directory it was installed in, it would still write to directories outside of its directory (to places such as AppData), deleting the files when Firefox is exited. Is it the same with Chromium Portable? Or are all data is is written by the program self-contained in the directory it is stored in, whether temporary or permanent (such that the paths location data is written to are all relative to the directory it was installed on?

Thanks.

I won't make any hard guarantees, but it's supposed to be self-contained (so you can run multiple installs concurrently).  It shouldn't be writing heavily to anywhere but its own folder and your temp folder.
If you do find such a thing happening, please tell us.
