Hii,

Long time, I had my sem end exams so couldn't make out time to work on the idea and to ask my doubts :). One quick query what are the keys of data of the properties P129 and P128 in the json queried from mygene.info.

That data (interacts, regulates) is not available via mygene.info at this point.

Are there any other public databases from which we can query/crawl
this information.

There are.  Here is an example.

Not sure if we want to put these in just yet though..  We need to think carefully about how to model the evidence and the qualifiers.  This kind of data tends to be error-prone and we want the provenance of the statements that get added to be very clear.
