Dear Colleagues,

We are thrilled to announce the Computing Community Consortium (CCC) Visioning Workshop, which will take place in person on April 8-9, 2025, in Washington, D.C., along with virtual pre/post sessions. The workshop aims to craft a research agenda exploring how human-computer collaborations—through citizen science, crowdsourcing, and community-engaged science—can address some of the most pressing scientific challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Shape the future of research in human-computer collaboration and citizen science.
  • Network with leading researchers and practitioners from diverse fields.
  • Collaborate on developing an actionable research agenda that can drive real-world impact.
  • Have your travel expenses to D.C. covered for in-person participation.

We are currently inviting abstracts for the in-person meeting, or expressions of interest for the virtual sessions. Submission deadline: October 4.

For more details, please visit the CCC blog post:

We look forward to your participation in this exciting event!
