There are many web template services out there but only a few provide designs and functionalities for free like we do. You might be familiar with Themeforest, Colorlib, TemplateMonster, Squarespace and other premium template directories who offer premium services. There are website builders like Wix, WordPress, Weebly and so on you can use but nothing is so simple and minimalist like the collection we offer. Take a look around and try the online demos. Contributions are also welcome if you wish to publish your awesome newly created theme here.
Today, I just want to write a static web site to display some info to readers (no more than 10 articles). I'm not a good designer, and just want to utilize some out-of-box elegant pure HTML templates. (I don't use WordPress)
The first tag on each page should always be this tag. It should go at the very top, before the html tag. You'll notice that, unlike the other tags, this one begins with an exalamation mark ( ! ).
Technically it is not a tag but an instruction to the brower on how to interpret the rest of the document. For HTML 5 we simply refer to the type as html. For previous versions of HTML there were different types that it could be so it was important to specify which.

At the most basic level you could simple have your colleague create the html file then where ever you need data replace it with =var the var can be retrieved by the web2py controller which is written in a python function. From the function you could put together your data and return it the html view with "return dict(var=var)".

Here we're encountering something new. The v-html attribute you're seeing is called a directive. Directives are prefixed with v- to indicate that they are special attributes provided by Vue, and as you may have guessed, they apply special reactive behavior to the rendered DOM. Here, we're basically saying "keep this element's inner HTML up-to-date with the rawHtml property on the current active instance."
The contents of the span will be replaced with the value of the rawHtml property, interpreted as plain HTML - data bindings are ignored. Note that you cannot use v-html to compose template partials, because Vue is not a string-based templating engine. Instead, components are preferred as the fundamental unit for UI reuse and composition.
Dynamically rendering arbitrary HTML on your website can be very dangerous because it can easily lead to XSS vulnerabilities. Only use v-html on trusted content and never on user-provided content.
The above will be converted to :[someattr] in in-DOM templates. If your component has a someAttr property instead of someattr, your code won't work. Templates inside Single-File Components are not subject to this constraint.
