Would anyone be up for a neighborhood fall yard sale? Super low-key. We pick a date, I’ll set up a Facebook event so people can share a few highlight items & invite friends, and we’ll put up a couple of signs so shoppers know to come by. Everyone just does their own thing in their driveway, but since it’s all on the same day it turns into one big, fun neighborhood event without much effort!

Thanks to everyone who said they’re interested in the fall neighborhood yard sale! To avoid conflicts with Saturday soccer / sports, I’m thinking Sunday, September 21, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

 

Here’s who I have on the interested list so far:

• Jillian Cone, Squannacook
• Alyson Bedard, Crosswinds
• Elena Lazaris
• Kateryna Burlaka, Squannacook
• Andrew Laferla, Spaulding Lane
• Norma Brooks
• Marie Bearer, Crosswinds

To confirm, please send me your address so I can include it in any advertising (Facebook event, local pages, and signs).

 

Once I have the list of participating addresses, I’ll set up the event and share it out so people know where to stop. Should be a fun way to clear out some things before fall really sets in!

I did a sign for Townsend Road, one for the second Crosswinds entrance, a one for the top of my street (Squannacook). The Bedard‘s are doing the first Crosswinds entrance. But that leaves Spaulding & Lawrence if someone wanted to do signs for those. Thanks!
