It'd be nice to know from the Admins where we stand on things, such as
the new set of rules. It'd make it easier to discuss if we knew what
the new rules are going to be.

Rules are in development.

The administration is working hard at working together to find common
ground.

The network is back together again.

I imagine a lot of this is obvious at this point, though...
