Sandra Upchurch serves on the Tennessee Clean Water Network board of
directors. She worked on the Cypress Creek Health Exposure Committee.
She's a member of the American Chemical Society and seems to be a
valuable interview candidate for the project. Contacting her may be a
bit difficult considering the TCWN is based in Knoxville; however,
Upchurch is a Memphis native.
