City Group - In

Hey City Group Central!

 

    This week we are in again, so join us for a meal and the Gospel on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at 414 W. 18th Street.  We will be studying Philippians 2 :1-11 together.  If you can, check this passage out before Wednesday, and come with thoughts or questions.  I pray the Holy Spirit can speak to each of us through these words and that the Gospel would deeply affect how we are serving one another, our families from Burma, people in our work areas, and the city overall.  We are so thankful for each of you, and we look forward to time with you on Wednesday.

Only when we do joint city groups is it 6:00.  A year ago we decided it would be easier for the day-workers to meet 30 min later.  Though we might revisit those logistics.

Hi everyone.   A lot of changes are happenning with Jeremy, I and Amira currently. Not all  things happening are good. I am struggling with some stress, depression and anxiety due to some personal issues. My mother is coming next Wendnesday to visit from MI to help out with things. We are moving to Midwestern Baptist Seminary the first week of March. We are also looking to get another car becuase our car is going down hell, again! We will not be able to attend city group for a little while, Jeremy has school during the week and on Wednesdays. Jeremy and I decided to send you this email to keep you posted on our situation.   I want to ask you all for your prayers at this time, please. Prayers is the most we need right now.
