Crossmgr connecting to mylaps decoders

Hi,

Don't know if I am right here but have some questions.  We use Mylaps timing & scoring for our events and want to use crossmgr for exporting data and crossmgr video to take finisher pictures. Tried to get both systems connected but no luck. I / we are not software progrmmares so could do with some help...!  What steps to take??
