Weird HTML Page publishing issue.

I have this issue with the multiple races in an event.  The last event in the index.html file won't show the categories unless you post twice.

Also, look at the screenshot for the race #6 results.  A bunch of columns say "undefined".  Republishing doesn't correct the issue.

We did have six races, but did not run race #5 (never started).  So I'm not sure if that's causing the issue.  We are on the latest version of CrossMgr on Windows 11
