Start Race Automatically at Future Time - not defaulting to event time

In previous versions when I tick the Start Race Automatically at Future Time it would by default have the Scheduled Start time from the properties in the time box.

This no longer is the case for me it just has 00:00.

I mostly use CrossMgr for Time Trials, so being able to start it on schedule is inmportant for me - aas I normally have the coutdown clock already running on a tablet at the start line.

Is this something in my config or was the default changed for a reason?
