Updating Offsets/Categories page while race is in progress

In an ideal scenario, we'd have all the offsets before we hit the Start Race button, but I've got a race director who waits for the Cat 1 waves to complete a lap before starting the Cat 2 waves.  So we don't actually know the offsets for the Cat 2's until we get under way.

The issue is that the Categories Page refreshes when a racer crosses the line.  When that happens, we lose whatever we entered on that page.  We realize that it's a good thing that the application refreshes when a racer crosses the line (for almost any page that reports results) but this is an inconvenience on the Categories Page.  Can we not have that page refresh?  Or maybe can we have a way to import the Race Laps. Race Minutes, and Start Offset from a file?

We had a similar issue with updating the laps - Ed added the extra button to give a pop up to adjust the laps while the race was on. Maybe that could be enhanced to add the functionality you describe?
