- Strong in PeopleSoft Administration with good analytical and troubleshooting skills - Database Administration and Unix Administration Skills with performance tuning exp. - Experience on PeopleSoft version control tools like STAT - Exposure to manage complex Unix Shell Scripts - Able to manage and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft environment, DB, Unix, etc. - Pro-active and able to provide improvement ideas on various factors like process efficiency , cost reduction , etc. - Leadership / coordination skills to "rally the troops" during critical issues with minimal
