For your information, I utilize a training regimen that involves
undulating periodization of strength training exercises and submaximal
cardiovascular endurance training. I have been strenth training for
around 10 years at this point and have honed my workouts as the years
have progressed. I havent touched a selectorized weight machine or
smith machine in about 5 years; my routines are devoted exclusively to
bodyweight, dumbells and barbells. Kettlebells interest me, but I
have no access to them currently.
