Sorry misread the post Beast. So you had your PWO meal and shortly
thereafter you were starving. I would recommend upping your protein
PWO and lowering the carbs slightly. Usually if you are hungry
shortly after a meal, that's a good sign it was either really small or
had too many carbs. And make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
And eventually you will be hungry again after your postworkout meal.
Make sure you eat a good meal with plenty of protein in fat in it.
