So I have a few updates regarding tomorrow's event!
SKIS:
Emily Wheeler, Catamount Trail Association
(http://www.catamounttrail.org/) staffperson and educator extraordinaire,
will be joining us with many pairs of Cross Country skis, boots and poles
for event participants to try out on the U32 nordic trail system! She and
some of our volunteers will provide some guided ski instruction, and Emily
will also be happy to talk about the Catamount Trail with anyone
interested!
FOOD:
Montpelier's own Capitol Grounds is donating coffee, hot beverages and
some of their delicious homemade muffins for breafast!
http://www.capitolgrounds.com/
Comfort Inn Suites at Maplewood for providing some delicious sandwiches
for lunch! http://www.comfortinnsuites.com/
TRAILS:
Some volunteers from the VT Youth Conservation Corps have created a great
wilderness hiking route for snowshoers to enjoy at the event!
SNOWSHOES:
Once again, we want to thank Onion River Sports for providing Atlas and
MSR snowshoes for the event...

With a high of 30 degrees and some light snow showers in the forecast,
there are now a lot of great reasons why you and your family should join
us tomorrow for this great event!

Hope to see you tomorrow!
Sincerely,
Eric
