Tweaks to correct rendering and handling of UI elements.
===[ HSQLDB ]===
Changed semantic meaning of the "LastUsedVersion" in the db; now it
means the "LateUpdateVersion", ot the version of the software that
last updated the structure/schema/etc of the db
Changed how dates are retrieved from DB so that they are calculated
and filled in correctly.
===[ CPS-Spec ]===
Added isTransplanted and setTransplanted methods to CPSPlanting (but
not CPSCrop)
===[ CPS-SwingUI ]===
Tweaked how the tabs are laid out to give them a bit more room; still
hard coded, though; would like to make it more automatic at some
point.
===[ TODOLists ]===
Minor tweak related to the above tab layout.
===[ CropPlanning ]===
Changed Ant scripts so that they now take the program version into
account; add it to built files and include it in the disk image and
zip archive file names.
