It's OFFICIAL: CropPlanning Software is now Free Software

The source for the project has finally been officially released as
"free software" under the terms of the GNU General Public License v3.

Currently, the software is still in development and there is no
publicly downloadable version available. We expect to release a
"pre-alpha" version of the software for download and use within the
next week.
