Hello, i've created a new menu, cleared cache and trying to display it on my page
but nothing happend.
But - whe i add [menu: demo-menu] inside any Block,
then everytjing is fine.

when I "unpublish" this block - then i cannot reach this menu by:
echo $this->Menus->menu('demo-menu', [
Why?
Is there any place where i need to activate menu?
