Croogo is dead

Looks like after several years, this project is now deceased. With the advent of PHP 8 and following on from this comment here: https://github.com/croogo/croogo/issues/1003 it would seem that this wonderful project has reached its end. A shame to see such a good thing die.

My life is what it is because of this open source project. It gave me the start that I desperately needed. I am very grateful to all the people that I met along the way.

The project wouldn't have come this far without the dedication of Rachman Chavik: https://twitter.com/rchavik. He is the silent hero who kept working on it for years and kept it alive with few other key people this long as a lead. He has been that glue that I couldn't be.

Unfortunately after releasing the project (in 2009?), I hardly got to work with it for paid jobs. And focus shifted more towards other areas in tech.
