ebay sales from the UK to the USA re Cromemco

So,

Yesterday an ebayt  Cromemco sale to the USA failed with

The seller won’t send this item to OH, USA

And today I have another rude message re ebay sale to Canada

The seller won’t send this item to BC, Canada

I raised a ticket yesterday and the ebay support said it was an error (re USA) and that definitely UK sales can ship to the USA

Today I spoke to ebay support a second time re Canada.   This support person told me:

a) all UK ebay sales to the USA are suspended until further notice citing Tariff issues due to Donald Trump  (well they actually said Administration)

b) they said that Sales to Canada they do not see as blocked and they would raise a second ticket.

 I could say with heavy sarcasm that perhaps the eBay programmers have already decided to include Canada as the 51st state.

But in all seriousness, I await the outcome from eBay of the 2 tickets raised.    Today's tech support said that although the SLA was 48 hours I might not like the answer they came up with.

I am waiting.

I am one of the two buyers... and after the initial hiccup, it seems Marcus' appeal to eBay got the problem (at least, in my case) fixed.
