Dear All,

So it's absolutely a difficult decision but for multiple reasons,  including mobility,   but I'm considering selling my new and unused Cromemco CS-200 system.

The system  was started once a few years back to check it all worked, and has been sitting quietly in 'reserve' at home in Switzerland, recently moved to Warwickshire England.

The MFM hard disk was removed  (as it died) and I have a spare 80MB one I would include with the system.

Everything is original and in place  save the missing 360K drive and missing HD.

This has

- 68020 XXU Processor,  runs Unix or Cromix 172XXU
- 2 x 2MB Memory Cards
- MCUX Memory controller
- 2 x Octart   (can use to run Z80 programs e.g.CPM/Cromix)
- DIAG card  that nobody has any docs for
- An uprated chassis, 21 slots, like a Z2 but many many fans
- Cipher tape drive
- STDX Hard Disk Controller
- 64 FDX Floppy Controller

Due to the weight I don't believe I can ship it internationally so I'm looking for an Enthusiastic UK buyer who will not make me an insulting offer.

More than the money it should go to somebody who is going to use and love and enjoy the system.

So if anybody in the UK reads this then you should contact me, before it makes its way onto ebay please.

thanks marcus

If you'll take a 50 year payment plan, I'm happy to take off your hands :-D

This machine is a beast.  It was used by the US Air Force to plan F16 flights.  They bought a bunch of them with a raft of specialized interface cards.  I have 2, they originally sold for North of 50k USD.
