OK, I said we would only be having one more planning meeting, but it may take two. It really depends on what we get accomplished at the next meeting, which is this coming Monday, 7PM at Tres Amigos—Manchaca & Slaughter. Among other things, we need to:
*--Create a greeting table committee—these are the folks who will be at the door, so to speak, and hand out ballots for the awards, check the master list to see who has paid and so on…
*--Decide when to send out the final notice of the reunion and what that message will say…
*--Develop a program for the reunion, and discuss one more time, how the evening will flow.
*--Logistical issues, such as sound system, flags, water/ice chests, Ipods/music, decorations, and so on…
If I missed anything, we can cover at the meeting.
