Ok folks, this is the last message you will receive before the Crockett Class of ’70 –40th year reunion.
I want to reiterate a few things to make sure they are clear---
#1—Just because you haven’t sent in an RSVP doesn’t mean you cannot attend. The golf tourney is full, but everything else is open to whomever would like to come, and you can either pay at the door or mail me a check per the instructions in the attached flyer. I have attached the latest master list of all those attending. I have also attached the original flyer so I don’t have to go over all that in this message.
#2—Dress is casual. This is Texas and it is late summer…
#3—BYOB. Even though ice tea and water is being served with the meal, you are welcome to bring whatever else you would like to drink. Just like you do, when you go to the Salt Lick.
#4—6 teachers are attending—Max Fisher, Willie Schlickheisen, David Pennington, Joe Miles, Robert Franzetti and Bill Pardue(my favorite teacher) for sure, and a couple others “may” show up…
#5—For all you “out-of-towners”, if you can’t find a place to stay, call me and I will try to locate a B&B or hotel room for you.
Remember, we want all class of ’70 folks AT THE REUNION, if at all possible. So if you know of folks who are not listed as having sent their RSVP, call them and/or go see them and tell them it isn’t too late. Share the attachments with them and they can proceed from there. But time is running out, so you will have to get to these people asap.
Thanks so much for your help, and I will see you Friday or Saturday.
Wally
