Runtime Error 53 File Not Found Solver32.dll

I am using excel 2016. I am trying to automate solver to optimize my portfolio. The code works on a few pcs, but it does not work on mine and a number of my colleagues. the error, solver32.dll not found and sometimes I get an unexpected error has occurred or available memory was exhausted.
OK, ,I need to backtrack a bit. I had LabView 2022 run time installed so I used package manager to uninstall it and then re-installed from NI and now have the lvsound2.dll file.in it's directory.
I place the installer exe in the same directory as the 2022 runtime and got the attached error. I the installed the older LabView runtime 2011, ran the installer exe from its directory and got the same error. Looks like the dll is nor ok but missing the sound lib
I'll keep trying.
Unfortunately, what makes DLL files so convenient and efficient, also makes them extremely vulnerable to problems. If something happens to a shared DLL file, either it goes missing or gets corrupted in some way, it can generate a "runtime" error message.
