Apartment 4 **** offers accommodation for 6 people and consists of a living-room, kitchen with dining area, bedrooms, children's rooms, bathroom and terraces, total 55 m2 of your private space. The apartment is furnished by custom-made furniture of white ash. Description and content of accommodation The living room has a fireplace, satellite TV and audio player, internet connection is available throughout the house, and all rooms have underfloor heating. From the living room is an entrance to a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the Velebit Mountains to the east, across the island Prvic, Goli, Gregory, Rab, Cres and islands Plavnik to the west. On the terrace, guests have on use the telescope to explore the neighboring islands, night sky or a beautiful wooden sailing ships and luxury yachts that occasionally sail into the bay. The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for storing and serving food. The apartment has excellent thermal insulation, so air conditioning is unnecessary. At guests disposal is a barbeque in the yard. Parking is provided at the closed parking of the house. Notes: House can be rented on minimum 7 days Reservation is considered confirmed, with the payment of 30% of the total amount. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. In the event of cancellation the reservation within 30 days before the agreed arrival, 80% of the paind amout will be returne. Stara Baska is located in the south of the island Krk, between towns Krk, Punat and Nova Baska. Stara Baska is located in a quiet cove rich with undersea water sources and is known among swimmers from all over the island, because the beaches are pristine, and the sea is exceptionally clear. Beaches in Stara Baska are natural stone pebbles, while the local camp there is a large sandy beach. It is interesting that every beach is a bit different - some have larger and the other smaller pebbles. One of the beach has a very unusual pebbles very regular shape.
