Apartment No.11 and Apartment No.15 - 25m2, 2+2 beds have two balconies of 4m2, one with a sea view and the other with a garden view. Apartment No.21 of 45 m2, located on the fourth floor has two 8m2 balconies overlooking the sea. - The first and also the second floor is a separate with hall and separate door from the stairs, and can be rented entirety for groups or families up to max. 13 people on each floor. All apartments and studios are equipped luxurious with central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, internet, kitchen ... The villa has its own guarded parking lot. The price includes tourist tax, service on the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas ...
