We will have an interfaith event on December 17, 2015 at 6:30pm insaAllah.

Secretaries will call the neighbors who came to the open house as well as local religious organizations and invite them.

I will talk to Sr. Naseem about the food. I also will talk to her about talking to the sister in TimesUnion and getting her advice on how to bring the most media attention to this event.

I am working with the design team to get a flyer designed so we can start advertising the event.

Specific outcome of this event should be a resolution/press statement that is signed by all leaders on denouncing Violance, Extremism,Racism, Islamophobia and promoting Peace and Harmony in our communities by sticking together. I am hoping Br. Jafer and Br. Khalid takes the lead on coordinating this with other guests.

We have to figure out how many people we will invite from our community. This event is not open to kids/children. This is an adult only event.

Please let me know if you have suggestions or can take the lead on specific items.
