Try these information sites if you haven't already.
Help engine @ 'Help for this Page' link is often your best resource.
Salesforce.com Best Practices @ www.successforce.com. Not really best
practices, but very helpful.
Salesforce.com on itunes @ www.itunes.com. These include recordings of
presentations, training sessions and various discussions.
Salesforce knowledgebase @ the Help & Training link in the upper right
corner of the application.
Salesforce user communities @ www.successforce.com, click on the
Community tab and look for a local group.
