We’re about to look for CRM software. I really like the costs and
benefits of SAAS, however, I’m concerned about downtime. I’m also
concerned that the vendors hide their uptime/downtime performance.

Salesforce.com displays their system uptime/downtime status at
http://trust.salesforce.com. This is a helpful site, however, they
only display the last 30 days. It’s also worth noting that Salesforce
is inconsistent with regard to service level agreements (SLAs) – some
clients get them and some clients do not.

NetSuite displays their delivery status at https://status.netsuite.com/.
They only display uptime for the last 7 days and they only display a
single uptime percentage uptime figure for each of the last 7 days.
This is pretty much worthless as you can’t see beyond the last week
and when they incur downtime (which appears frequently), they do not
indicate why, when or for how long. NetSuite provides an SLA to all
their customers.

Aplicor displays their system uptime at http://www.aplicor.com/sla.htm.
Aplicor shares the most hosted delivery information which includes
uptime/downtime for the last four years as well as web delivery
metrics such as latency, packet loss, jitter and host speed. Aplicor
also provides an SLA to all their customers.

I don't believe there are any other SaaS CRM companies which dispaly
their uptime/downtime.
