It's time of kick
off another session on Ladies Dance aerobics. Fall is perfect time to do this as
our other outdoor activities get restricted. Last year, we had a
group of ladies who worked out together, or should I say danced on Hindi songs!!
This exciting and boosting way of workout includes dance, aerobics, yoga etc. We
do several other fun activities like birthday bashes, potlucks, chai
sessions as well.
This year, I'm
extending invitation to several others as lot of you have inquired about it. We
plan to start classes the week of October 1st. These are typically one hour
classes that are held twice a week in my house.
There is monthly fee
of $30/month. This fee is primarily to bound you to attend classes,
and it is also used towards special activities we do.
Please RSVP by
Friday, Sept 21st, if you are interested in participating. Groups will be formed
and finalized after that. Feel free to e-mail me for any details or
questions.
