Dear CRM Coordinators

Greetings from CRM National Secretariat;

This email is in connection with the Annual Meeting 2016 and I would request to have your attention for a moment.

1. The Annual Meeting shall be held in Islamabad during March 16-18, 2016.

2. All CRM chapters are requested to nominate three participants each for the Annual Meeting by Monday, March 08, 2016. Kindly note that an early response shall allow us to make arrangements timely,

3. The National Chapter shall nominate three members for the Annual Meeting as full-time participants. The rest of the members of the national chapter, as agreed by the General Body, are welcome to participate in the meeting as and when convenient for the members.

4. All the nominations shall, preferably, be shared with National Secretariat on the following format:

CRM Chapter	Organization	Name of participant	Contact Details (email and cell No.)

5. The outstation participants shall be provided standard board and lodge facility as per Rozan’s (being the National Secretariat) SOPs. The outstation participants shall also be reimbursed their actual travel expenses, through cross cheque, against valid documents/tickets etc.

6. The venue shall be shared with all members as soon as we get confirmation from our logistics team,

7. The detailed agenda for the Annual Meeting shall be shared on March 9, 2016, right after the Planning Committee meeting. However, in order to prepare your delegates in time, all chapters shall be requested to present the last year’s progress briefly with all chapters during the meeting as well as share the tentative planning for 2016. I will be thankful if a brief presentation in this regard is shared with me before the Annual Meeting.
