Dear Members and Partners,
We hope this email finds you well.
Existing members: PCE New Membership Form
We are happy to announce that PCE, with guidance and support from its Board Members, has now finalised the ‘New Membership Form’. As you may recall, in the latest members’ meeting, we discussed few structural changes that PCE is currently going through. This new membership form has been designed keeping in view all these changes and the additional information we require for transparency and security reasons. For this reason, All existing members are required to fill the attached form and send it back to us (As per the instructions written in the membership form) by 30th April, 2017.
New Membership Applications
We are also happy to announce that PCE has now opened its membership for organisations that may want to become PCE’s members. For organisations wishing to apply for membership, please use the attached membership form and send it back to us along with all the required documentation by 30th April, 2017. Please refer to the ‘Instructions’ section of the form to ensure that the form is filled appropriately.
Membership Fee Structure
As decided in the Members’ Meeting held in 2016, all existing members as well as the accepted new members will be required to pay an annual membership fee. The annual membership fee structure is mentioned below;
· Provincial organization = PKR
· National org
For payment details, please see the ‘Instructions’ section of the application form.
Submission of Membership Forms
Please make sure that the filled membership forms and the supporting documentation is sent to us by post at the following address;

We would also require a soft copy of all membership forms. Please send a soft copy of the application form along with the scanned copies of the Mandatory/ Supporting Documents to in...@pcepak.org. Please specify email subject line as ‘PCE MEMBERSHIP FORM AND MANDATORY DOCUMENTS’.
We strongly recommend that the application form is filled electronically and a printout is sent to us by post.
