to Critique Partner Matchup
Hey guys,
My name is Destiny, I am 25 years old. I am experienced in writing, editing, and beta reading/ critique partnering. I just recently finished another fantasy book and I am looking for a committed critique partner to build a long term writing relationship with!

Earth Unbound. Pitch: On a quest to save her unrequited lover's life, she finally learns what it's like to be loved in return.

Earth Faerie, Willow Bluebell, is a magical ward to the King of the Summer Court and the secret lover of his son, Prince Rhyker Oleander. When Rhyker is bitten by a poisonous snake she has thirty days to find the lost amulet that holds the elixir cure or lose him forever.

But she is not the only one after the cure, the King has offered “a wish” to the Faerie who brings back the amulet. And Willow realizes she wants more than just to save Rhyker’s life, she wants to change herself so that they can finally be together.

In order to go on the quest, she agrees to bind herself as a magical ward to the king forever and says goodbye to the freedom she would have soon been granted.

Prince Reed Elmore of the Autumn Court is also looking to have a wish fulfilled and claims himself as Willow’s travel companion. He believes love to be an “illness” and Willow was the sickest person he had ever met. She will stop at nothing to find the amulet, often disregarding her own needs and putting herself in harm's way. Reed takes it upon himself to keep her from getting herself killed in the process so they both get what they want.

And when Willow begins to unravel herself to him he cant help but find himself plagued by the very illness he resented her for. But Reed is being unraveled too, parts of himself he wanted to hide are coming to light, their darkest truths being exposed…

I just began the structural edits of my first draft, completed at 60k and my goal is figure out what needs to be flushed out and explored more in my book, my end goal is around 85k. So I need someone to help me decide what is and what is not working overall, along with pacing, character, and romance.

I am preferably looking for someone else with a completed manuscript with a similar genre and goal of traditional publishing and dedicated to providing equally helpful feedback.

I look forward to hearing from you!
