SFF Critique Group seeks new members

Hello, I'm Melanie/waxesnostalgic, the administrator of the Speculative Fiction Group. This critique group runs critique "marathons" in the winter and summer of each year for works in speculative genres (SFF and related genres). We welcome all levels of writer, so you do not have to be experienced, but you must be willing to accept and give critiques with maturity and respect for other members.

During these marathons, members post an excerpt of their works in progress and the other members critique on a weekly basis. Members are expected to critique the work of at least two other members by the end of each week in order to continue to the next week. It sounds easy enough, but it ends up quite grueling week after week, so this is a great group for those who enjoy being challenged. Our next marathon starts in January, so I am looking for new members who would be interested in participating in the 10-week Winter Marathon.
