Seeking beta readers and long term CP's for epic fantasy

Hi all!

I have an adult epic fantasy first-in-a-series manuscript, which I'm sending to beta readers these days. This is my debut novel, and I'm currently unagented. I've also written a first draft for the sequel.

I'd love to find a long-term CP that would beta-read the first novel and proceed to critique the sequel.

I'm open to beta reading and critiquing, with an emphasis on high/epic fantasy.

My first novel, Adherent, harkens back to the old school of epic fantasy. It's an ode to classic travelogues in the vein of Tolkien's Fellowship or Jordan's EOTW with themes of Found family, friendship, master-apprentice, determinism vs. free will, memory, and more.

I'm reading Sanderson's The Way of Kings and loving it, having first read his conclusion to the Wheel of Time series.

Some of my all-time favorites are Elizabeth Haydon's Symphony of Ages trilogy in Fantasy and Asimov's Foundation saga in SF.

I'd be happy to exchange chapter samples to explore potential matches :)
