Seeking CPs for YA Sci-Fi Dystopian

Hi,  Seeking readers (and hopefully long-term CPs) for a YA Sci-Fi.  It's accessible Sci-Fi. My elevator pitch is: a teenage girl on the run from a corporate government that wants to harvest the energy produced by people's thoughts.  It's got an enemies-to-lovers theme. I would say the comparables are the Arc of Scythe Trilogy, Black Mirror and The Last of Us. Imagining it as part of a trilogy (of course :)   First book is done at 98,500 words.   I'm unagented at the moment.  

In terms of reading interests, I'm in the middle of Onyx Storm right now and am loving it.
