Seeking submission package critique swap for YA contemporary fantasy

Hi! I'm currently querying my 94k word YA contemporary fantasy and would love to swap submission packages with someone who writes a similar genre, as so far I've received silence from agents. I've had the manuscript reviewed by both critique partners and beta readers, but I think a fresh set of eyes is needed to make the beginning shine. 

Here's a pitch: When a local enchanter’s disappearance curses her town with bizarre sensory side-effects, a reclusive 15yo obsessed with his legacy—a bewitched theater—must team up with a secretive but savvy outsider to break the curse before it turns the theater's powers against them and reduces the town to ruins.
