Hello all! I am looking for a critique partner for my 79,000 word contemporary YA action/adventure novel with a romantic subplot.

Synopsis: An eighteen year-old girl with a rare blood type learns a dark secret about her billionaire parents. Once she goes digging for answers, she finds herself trapped in a criminal enterprise that threatens to harm dozens more. She races against the clock and her pursuers to escape and stop more people from suffering her same fate.

I’m looking for a parter who can provide timely feedback on character development, pacing, themes, and plot. I hope to query this manuscript in a few months. While I do not have an agent, I have a background in journalism and legal writing, and if you happen to be writing a legal drama, I’m happy to provide specialized feedback! As a critique partner, I promise to provide honest, critical feedback on high-level and structural issues as well as line-level edits if requested.

The last books I read (which are similar to my book) were Sadie, We Were Liars, and Burn Our Bodies Down.

You can contact me at Caroline....@outlook.com. Thanks!

I'd love to share and provide feedback. I have several romantic adventures, romantic suspense or romantic thrillers I'm working on (along with some short stories). Let me know if you are still interested.

One is called Nuking North Korea in which a seaman was sent on a top-secret mission to defuse a nuclear bomb. He is captured and tortured, then nursed back to health by a Korean woman. They fall in love and he promises to return. Unfortunately, the Navy reprogrammed him and erased his memory. Only years later do they meet again.

The other is called The Valley of the Ute Curse in which a boy is alleged to have committed suicide and his sister is blamed along with his track coach who is thought to have bullied the boy. The two team up to try to prove he was actually murdered. They grow close and must hide their relationship since he is still her teacher. In the process, they uncover livestock multilations, a satanic cult, drug running and money laundering. Their lives are threatened by powerful political players.

Let me know if you might be interested.

Hi, Courtney and Danyl!
I think both of you have really cool projects that I would love to read if it's not too late!

I'm editing my YA romantic thriller/suspense/mystery novel that I'll be quering next year and am searching for a CP to read the first 50 pages. It's similar to Genuine Fraud by E. Lockhart but with more romance and it's set at a military academy.

(MC) Lemonsqueezy at 17:

1)      Auctioned off by her own mother.

2)     On supreme court trial, along with elite (and not so legal) military academy Neckerwetter.

3)     Dying to beat her charming roommate Ribs in a top-secret mission.

Lemonsqueezy: was never 17.

OR

After being sold by her own mother, Lemonsqueezy burns to win her mom back through a top secret military mission preying on girls that won't be missed.

Thanks!
