Looking for a CP for YA Soft Sci-Fi/Space Opera, Dual Timeline - Space action and adventure x small town romance. 

One sentence pitch: On a search for her missing brother, an underconfident university graduate and her tech-savvy neighbor crash land on the galaxy’s military planet, and in order to survive, have to fool and outwit the cold and ruthless General who is hiding vital information about her brother’s whereabouts.

The novel follows two connecting timelines - one in the present on the military planet (In the year 2476), and one five years prior on Earth, which follows the MC's teenage years and budding romance with the boy from down the street. The story is told from a third person limited POV. 

Word Count: 134,000

What I'm looking for: A critique partner who can give constructive feedback on how to bring down the word count further. The manuscript has been through numerous revisions, and has already a significant 50,000 words has been cut from previous drafts. My aim to to try to reach 120,000.

I am also looking for feedback on how to improve the 'couldn't put it down' factor.
