Looking for Multiracial/Multiethnic Children's Books

I was asked by a colleague for suggestions about children's book about
multiracial/multiethnic children. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Dr. Guzman-Rea,

It's been a while since I've read a children's book, but the following
have come recommended to me one way or another:

Kim Wayans' "Amy Hodgepodge" series
bell hooks' "Skin Again"
Sundee Frazier's "The Other Half of My Heart"
Margarite Davol's "Black, White, Just Right"

Also, Monique Fields of www.honeysmoke.com has a few recommended books
on her blogsite.

Sorry for the severely delayed reply.
I wanted to chime in because I don't think that there are a lot of great examples, unfortunately (I actually think Black, White, Just Right merely flips the stereotypes we usually see).
