Reminder To CARPOOL to Critical Massive This Year (+ Other Parking Info)

Party Comrades!

Just a reminder from the Parking Tzar that we need everyone to carpool this year. Parking is a lot different than last year -- 1) there is a lot less parking available this year and 2) everyone is required to park in a new parking area that has been created. For the most part, you will not be allowed to park by your camp.

If for some reason you absolutely have to park your vehicle at your camp (ie, you are sleeping in it), then you must register your vehicle before the event starts. You will not be allowed to park your car at your campsite merely to use it as storage. 


At this point in time, All RV spots (with power & water hookups) are filled.  

RV's, Trailers & Car Campers may still register as long as their theme camp has room for said vehicle.  Please check with your camp mates before registering.  

Deadline for vehicle registration is Monday, July 12, 2010. 

Now the fun stuff!  Parking needs a bunch of volunteers to help make Critical Massive a reality. We need folks every day to help coordinate at the gate and at the parking area. It's a lot of fun! 

By volunteering you get:

1) to meet folks as they enter Critical Massive
2) to tell them where to stick it (their car)
3) my heartfelt thanks and a pat on the back
4) to wear the official Critical Massive Entrance/ Exodus sexy bright orange safety vests(!)
5) at least one bag of chips
6) to piss off people who don't know how to follow directions

It doesn't get any better than this!
