CM ride meeting points

Given that the upcoming CM ride will encounter red lights and stop
signs, and CM participants will be under greater scrutiny in their
observance of traffic control devices, CM participants will likely find
themselves separated from others in the ride.

Also, if CM participants were to arrange a "route" in advance, this may
fall afoul of the city's vague "parade" permit requirements.

I'm suggesting the following meeting points for CM participants:

1. Central Park, as usual

2. Plaza in front of Air Canada building on Portage Avenue

3. Grounds in front of University of Winnipeg on Portage Avenue

4. Grounds in front of the Legislative Bldg (adjacent to Queen
Victoria) on Broadway

5. Parking lot adjacent to Hilltop Research at Confusion Corner

CM participants can choose to follow whatever route best suits their
travel plans.
