Congratulations to everyone for having a respectful and peaceful and massive ride! I have to say I really enjoyed it. My son Joe was there too and he described the Critical Mass ride as a "portable folk festival"
thanks to everyone for getting out an effective message and increasing awareness about cycling.

I agree.
I was part of a CM ride in 1999 (?), but I regretted it, so this one
was my first one since. Kudos to all you guys and gals who have been
working so hard at this for so long. It was easy for someone like me to
hop onboard, and I met at least 20 cyclist friends/acquaintances
who were doing their first CM ride. You've done more for bicycling
advocacy in the last two months than anybody else in years.
CJOB, The StupidStation, says "200 riders". There were way more than
that. A friend of mine heard "700", and I'd estimate 500+ at all times,
plus there would be riders who started and left early, and
others who joined enroute. What is the consensus estimate?
I did not see Jenny Gerbasi or Donald Benham, Were they there?
Thanks.

This was my first Critical Mass and I was very happy with how
everything went. However, I would like to see a ride devoted to
cyclists rights in which all traffic laws would be obeyed.
Great job! See you next month.
