Protein delivery

Hi guys
I am wondering what do you guys use at your hospital to delive protein? Powder or liquid protein? And do you mix it with the feeding or give it seprately? Another thing is lets say a patinet needs 2.0g/kg protein do you deliver it from the first day of feeding or go gradually?
